The story of Con gusto begins with a dream, that of Adriano Perito, today Chef and owner of the restaurant.
Born in 1978, Adriano graduated from the hotel school and immediately began to cultivate his aspiration: to make people eat well in a restaurant of his own.
After years of experience in various restaurants divided between Italy and Switzerland, he succeeds on March 21, 2011, when thanks to his humility and dedication and the support of his wife Francesca Muccillo, he opens one of the most renowned clubs in Benevento for the quality and goodness of his cuisine.
The idea of catering with which Adriano directs his kitchen and his staff is based on simplicity and tradition. Even behind a classic dish there is innovation and originality, because it is freshly prepared and with fresh products, but with the usual care and passion.
Someone said that you always cook thinking about someone, otherwise you are just preparing food. And at Con gusto the quality is built always thinking of the customer, from the choice of raw materials, always
fresh, of local origin and, in many cases, of their own production, on the plate, which takes place directly on the table.
This means that every dish, even the simplest one, is never anonymous and equal to itself, giving the customer an always different taste experience.
